What style guide and dictionary do you use?

Unless otherwise specified by you or your publisher, I will use the default style guide for manuscripts, the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition. I will use Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, 11th edition, for word definitions and correct usage.

 

What is the industry standard format for manuscripts?

(If your manuscript is not formatted according to industry standards, I will be happy to do this for you.)

How do you take payments?
I'll send an invoice through PayPal to your email. You can pay securely with your bank account, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. If you have a balance on your PayPal account, you can also opt to pay with this as well. If you have a PayPal Wallet, you can use PayPal Credit, Later, Venmo, & Apple Pay for payment.

Do you need a PayPal account to pay your invoice?
No, you do not need a PayPal account. Upon receiving the invoice in your email, you can send your payment directly from the invoice.

 

Do I need to pay in full, or can I make a deposit?

All projects quoted for $100 and under are required to be paid in full at the time of project reservation. All projects $100 or more, a deposit of 25% must be paid at the time of project reservation and the remainder balance paid after the edit is complete and all deliverables are sent.
